Privacy policy

Last updated

This describes what Fanademy collects and what happens to it. It is short because the site does little: it sells one subscription to fantasy football rankings, and it needs an email address to know who you are and a payment processor to take the money.

What we collect

Your email address, because that is how you sign in. Sign-in uses a link sent to that address, so there is no password and none is stored.

Your subscription status, which is whether the subscription is active and when the current period ends. This is what decides whether the paid rankings are readable by your account.

Ordinary server request logs kept by our host, which include IP address and browser user agent. These exist for security and debugging and are not used to build a profile of you.

Nothing else. There is no advertising network on this site, no analytics product, and no third-party tracker on any page.

What we do not collect

We never see your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, on Stripe's pages. What reaches us is an identifier for your Stripe customer record and whether the subscription is paid. The card itself never touches our servers.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your phone number, or your date of birth, and there is nowhere on the site to give them to us.

Who it is shared with

Four service providers, each doing one job: Supabase stores the account and subscription record, Stripe processes payment, Vercel serves the site, and Resend delivers the sign-in emails.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not trade it with other companies.

We will disclose information if a law validly requires it. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

Cookies

One cookie, holding your sign-in session so you are not asked to sign in on every page. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why the site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Getting your data, or deleting it

Email support@fanademy.com and ask. We will send you what we hold about your account, or delete it, within 30 days.

Deleting the account ends the subscription. Some records are kept longer where the law requires it, which for us means payment records Stripe retains for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or who it goes to, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed. Silent material changes are not something we will do.
