TE premium scoring adds reception value at tight end, but the useful question is not simply which tight ends score more. The board compares each tight end with the replacement tight end under the same premium, then ranks that positional advantage against every other position.

Extra reception credit changes both the leading tight ends and the replacement tight end, so the movement is measured by the gap between them rather than by adding a fixed bonus to a PPR rank.
